Early In The Morning
Early in the morning, when you rise.
Just as the sun creeps, toward the skies.
Don't forget to get alone with God and pray.
It will give you a jump start, for the day.
It is at this time of the morning, I find.
The things of this world, have not had time to crowd my mind.
It is here in my heart, that I find the joy,
The devil is always seeking to destroy.
But it is in the quite of the early morning peace.
From all the things of the world, I find release.
