Walking By Faith.
Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is the substances of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen” 2 Corinthians 5:7, “We walk by faith, not by sight. Faith and hope go together, we hope for something, and have faith God will do It. God said in His Word that, “ He would, and I believe, Him.”
We must keep the faith, and to do this is to keep our eyes on Jesus. I am sure we all remember the story of the disciples being in a boat out on the water. They were pretty sure they saw Jesus coming to them walking on the water. Peter said,”Lord if you are Christ, bid me come to you.” Jesus said, “come.” Peter stepped out of the boat and began walking on the water, as long as he kept his eyes on Jesus he was walking, he soon took his eyes off Jesus and began to look at the waves around him, then he began to sink. And had to cry out to Jesus to save him.
We must keep our eyes on Jesus, no matter how hard the problems get, it is when we take our eyes off Him, and when we let the problem get bigger than Jesus, that we begin to sink. When we do this we lose faith and wonder will it ever be any better. Believe me it will get better if we keep our eyes on Jesus and keep the faith.
We can’t see God but we know He is there because we can see the things He is doing all around us. God cares about out problems, whether they are big or small, He can take care of them all. He is no respecter of people, what He has done for me He will do for you. He has healed me many times, and as you all know has recently worked a miracle in my life, by healing the lung cancer. I could tell you many more, but don’t want to bore you with a long message. Trust God today and remember He loves you and so do I. (Sunshine
