Walk In Love
“And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God forgave you.” Paul was talking to the Ephesians church here in the 4th chapter and 32nd verse, giving them instructions on how to have good fellowship, and be happy in the Lord. But it is for us today also and when you see a church with love and fellowship you will see a growing church. Our church has all these, and it is growing, thank God. We are starting a Christian school in August all the way from kindergarten through the 12th.
Ephesians 5:1-2 is the answer as to have this.”Be ye follows of God as dear children; and walk in love, as Christ has loved us, and given Himself for us as an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling Savior.” This is not going to happen all at once every time, not for everyone, we have to walk in love.
Some people think they can put their best self on every Sunday and go to church, but this is an every day salvation, we have to be our best self every day if we please God. We need to live a life that others can see God in our lives and want to serve Him.
Satan works hard to build barriers every day for God’s people and if we are not careful and where we need to be with God, we could easily fall into the devil’s pit falls. Paul gave good instructions here on how not to fall into the devil’s pit falls.
Sometimes it is hard to show compassion for fellow Christians, We seem to expect more of each other, but unity, compassion, kindness, and forgiveness must first began here, if we are to win the world for Christ. We must began with one another. God gave us His peace, the price was His Son.
We can surely give Him all we got and be what He wants us to be. It is a joy to serve the Lord, I don’t regret a day of the 60 years that I have served Him. Remember God loves you and so do I. (Sunshine.)
