JUDGMENT OF THE NATIONS
REV. 19:15...AND OUT OF HIS MOUTH GOETH A SHARP SWORD, THAT WITH IT HE SHOULD SMITE THE NATIONS; AND HE SHALL RULE THEM WITH A ROD OF IRON; AND HE TREADETH THE WINEPRESS OF THE FIERCENESS AND WRATH OF ALMIGHTY GOD.
The Armageddon will climax the political reign of the Antichrist. The judgment of the Nations will decide which nations will inherit the earthly kingdom of Christ. Christ will gather the nations who survive the great tribulation and will separate them, as shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats. The king of glory will be the judge of the nations. (Rev. 19:11-15; Matt. 25:31-46).
The Father has committed all judgment unto the Son..(John 5:22).
The sheep nations are regarded as being righteous, but they are not holy righteous. They are nations that have been right in their dealings with the Jewish people, even though they did not realize at the time that they were doing God a service by treating the Jews with respect. God will be good unto the sheep nations and will permit them to live on the earth during His kingdom reign as King of kings and Lord of lords. They will inherit the kingdom because of their goodness to the Jews; but they, as a nation, have not been converted to Christ.
The goat nations are those which are aware of God’s love for the Jewish people, but are hostile toward them and fear not their God. The goat nations will be smitten by the sword of the Lord, and their bodies will be fed to the fowls at the great supper of God. (Rev. 19:21
Christ will rule over the sheep nations with a rod of iron; that is, He will order His judgment in the earth with justice, while He sits upon the throne of David and in His kingdom (Isa. 9:6-7).
The rapture saints will have rule over cities and nations and will rule them with a rod of iron, which is holy authority under the Christ King. (Luke 19:15-19; Rev. 2:26-27).
The saints will rule as kings and priests of God and of Christ during the Kingdom Age..(Rev. 5:9, 19; 20:6).
While the saints of Christ will live and reign with Him in their glorified bodies, the people of the sheep nations will be in their natural bodies. The saints will not die during the thousand year reign of Christ. It is possible that the people of the sheep nations will live longer lives and will be considered just a child at one hundred years old..(Isa. 65:20).
Death is an enemy and will not be destroyed until the time of the white throne judgment. (I COR. 15:26...THE LAST ENEMY THAT SHALL BE DESTROYED).
(REV. 20:14..AND DEATH AND HELL WERE CAST INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE. THIS IS THE SECOND DEATH.).
The sheep nations will greatly multiply upon the earth during the thousand years and will be located in all parts of the earth. The sheep nations possibly will cleanse the earth of the dead bones of wicked men who will be killed during the great tribulation and the Armageddon. They will rebuild the cities; they will build houses and live in them. They will plant vineyards and eat of the fruit thereof.
Satan , will be released for a season and when he is released from the pit, will deceive many , as many as the sands of the sea out of the sheep nations and lead them in battle against the camp of the saints, which is located about the old city of Jerusalem. (Rev. 20:7-8).
The nations will come as a remnant of Gog and Magog against Christ and His saints. This will be the last conflict of Satan and mankind against God. The battle will be fought to a swift climax. God will pour out fire from the old heaven of the clouds upon the armies and will devour them. Satan will be cast into the lake of fire where the Antichrist and the False Prophet are in brimstone and fire...(Rev. 20:9-10).
Do not confuse the northern kingdom of Gog and Magog with the deceived sheep nations. The northern Gog and Magog has reference to Russia, the deadly bear of last -day events.
